UK Athletes to Face Shorter Bans for Cannabis and Cocaine Use

UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) announced that athletes who fail drug tests for cannabis and cocaine use are set to face shorter bans. The new rules will come into force from January 2021 in line with the new World Anti-Doping Agency Code.

Construction has begun on Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine’s (SCNM) Ric Scalzo Institute for Botanical Research, a 4,285 square-foot Biosafety Level 2 Lab (BSL-2), a compound isolation laboratory, and a compound identification and quantification facility in Tempe, Arizona.

Swiss companies producing light cannabis products have received $35.6 million (€30 million) from the customs authorities for illegal taxes previously imposed.
